Ever since I heard about the first inFamous on the PlayStation 3 I was super excited. I loved the idea of being able to not only take on the role of a new super hero, but to also determine if that character would indeed be a super hero. When the game finally came out it definitely delivered in so many ways. The guys over at Sucker Punch created a world that made me feel like I was playing through the pages of a comic book. The cut scenes were not the typical ones you see today, but like the theme of the game, they were done in a comic or graphic novel style. I played the game for hours on end exploring every inch of the city and making sure to find every shard. I played through the game as good Cole and I have recently revisited the game to play through as evil. When I first started to hear rumors that Sucker Punch was working on a sequel to inFamous I couldn't wait to see the first screen shots of the game.

September may be back to school for kids all over, but is also back to school for those of us who need to brush up on our gaming skills. While summer usually brings a few big names like Madden, the real heavy hitters start showing up on store shelves in September. The first week of September sees one of Marvel's biggest super heroes, Spider-Man, in his latest game. In Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions players get a chance to play as the web slinging super hero himself in four different parallel universes. Each dimension has its own unique feel and gameplay. The Tablet of Order and Chaos has been shattered and it is up to the player to travel through the different dimensions, collect the pieces of the tablet and restore order. Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions will be available September 7, 2010 on PlayStation 3, XBOX 360, Wii and Nintendo DS.
